You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that may damage, disable or interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of the website. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the device or screen being used. All products are subject to availability.

Please note: our products are here to assist and guide. They do not replace a doctor’s advice or consultation. If your child is having difficulty breathing, has had a fever for more than three days, or has any symptoms that concern you, please consult a doctor.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Doc-Box is not a registered VAT vendor, and prices are therefore not subject to VAT. Delivery or shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.

5. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order will only be regarded as accepted once payment has been successfully received and/or we have confirmed acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be verified or processed;
Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
We are unable to fulfil the order.

Where payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

We accept payment by EFT / bank transfer, or by arrangement via WhatsApp. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not necessarily store your complete card or banking information on our website. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is accurate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights that a consumer may have under applicable legislation.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates and product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
