Can I swap out products in a pre-packed box?

You can upgrade some products and add recommended items to your box, but individual products can't be swapped out. If you'd prefer different products, our Build-Your-Own Box lets you choose everything yourself.

How long until I receive my order?

You'll receive your order within 12-14 working days. Outlying areas may take a day or two longer. We'll keep you updated every step of the way via WhatsApp and email.

What kind of products are in the boxes?

Carefully selected over-the-counter medications and healthcare essentials, the same tried-and-tested items a mom of two keeps in her own home. Each box is built around a specific stage of motherhood or childhood.

Are the boxes a good gift?

Absolutely! They make a practical, thoughtful and memorable baby-shower or newborn gift. Instead of another babygrow, you're giving something genuinely useful from day one.

Can I add extras or upgrade the packaging?

Yes! Most boxes offer recommended add-ons, product upgrades (like a Braun ear thermometer) and a handy 13L storage container to keep everything organised.

How do I pay?

For now, checkout sends your order straight to us on WhatsApp so we can confirm details and arrange payment & delivery. A full online checkout is on the way.
